David Secker, M.A.

David Secker is responsible for global business development at PRO Consulting. He has over 12 years experience in both commercial and academic clinical research activities, reflected in multiple peer-reviewed journal publications. He has practiced as a clinical psychologist in multiple therapeutic settings and has been engaged in extensive research on the development of computerized cognitive psychometrics. After moving to the UK in 2001, he began work at the Institute of Psychiatry in London as an Honorary Research Psychologist, where he later designed and validated a novel psychological treatment for stress and depression in the area of Parkinson's Disease. Prior to joining PRO Consulting, David focused on sales and marketing strategies for various site and home-based clinical trial technology solutions, principally in electronic Patient Reported Outcomes (ePRO) for invivodata, ltd. David earned both an MA and Diploma in Clinical Psychology from Massey University in New Zealand.
