Meaghan St. Charles is a scientific consultant with PRO Consulting.    Her prior experience has been in health economics and outcomes research in addition to survey research and has involved a focus in multiple therapeutic areas, including respiratory, oncology, gastroenterology and diabetes.  She earned her Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Health Services Research from the University of Maryland, Baltimore.
