PRO Consulting Expands Management Team in Response to Business Growth

Industry Experts Peter Black and David Secker Take Leadership Roles

PITTSBURGH — Dec. 13, 2007 — PRO Consulting®, the acknowledged experts in implementing methods for collecting patient-reported symptoms data in a regulated environment, today announced a management team expansion in response to growing business needs. The expansion involves the promotion of Peter Black to the newly created role of vice president, Operations, and the appointment of David Secker to commercial director.

Black has over 20 years of experience in clinical research, with expertise in electronic data capture, operations oversight, statistical analysis, clinical trial design and implementation and Patient Reported Outcomes. He has served as a senior scientific consultant with PRO Consulting on numerous biopharmaceutical research programs. Immediately before joining PRO Consulting, he held senior management positions with SCIREX Corp. in clinical site operations, quality systems and strategic initiatives.

In this new capacity, Black will be responsible for leading the organization’s growth, including the staffing and oversight of all PRO Consulting projects.

Secker will be responsible for managing all business relationships with PRO Consulting clients. Secker brings significant value to the role not only from his business development experience but also from his training and experience in psychometric development and behavioral psychology.
